Who we are

Lights and Sirens Outdoors was founded with one purpose in mind: to honor first responders for their service, sacrifice, and dedication. Through meaningful outdoor experiences, we aim to give back to those who spend their lives serving others—offering them a chance to unplug, recharge, and connect with the outdoors.

Our Mission

Our mission is to honor first responders by providing outdoor opportunities that reflect our gratitude for their hard work and commitment to our communities. We believe time spent outdoors can restore, inspire, and remind our heroes that their service is truly valued.

Our Story

Lights and Sirens Outdoors was founded by Baylie Cooper and her father, Joey Cooper, combining a shared passion for service, community, and the outdoors.

Joey Cooper has served as a firefighter for over 26 years, beginning as a volunteer and now serving as a paid Captain with Anchorage Middletown Fire & EMS. Known for his kindness and generosity, Joey has dedicated his life to serving others. When he’s not on duty, he finds comfort in the woods—enjoying the quiet, observing wildlife, and appreciating the simplicity of the outdoors.

Baylie Cooper is currently pursuing her education full-time to become a Behavior Analyst while also working full-time as a registered behavioral therapist. Helping others isn’t just her career—it’s her calling. When she’s not studying or working, Baylie can be found outdoors doing what she loves most, finding peace and purpose in nature.

Looking Ahead

We are honored to begin this journey and grateful for the opportunity to give back to the first responder community. We hope you’ll join us as we grow, serve, and create long lasting outdoor experiences for those who give so much.
